All Servers include for free: Monitoring w/Reboots, Fantastico, xController, cPanel XP, and ClientExec.

cPanel XP is not cPanel but a theme for cPanel!

Only cPanel Servers are Managed by us. If you order a server without cPanel it is 100% Self Managed by you the Server Owner. On cPanel Servers we will fully set it up for you if requested.

All Servers are built to order for the most part, setup time can range from approximately 24 hours to 72 hours. We do not make any guarantees for setup other than it will be setup as soon as your server is quality assured by our NOC Staff. Servers are sometimes deployed on Weekends but not always. Weekends and US National Holidays are not counted towards the 72 hour time frame for setup on a dedicated server.

All Servers are located in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas at one of two datacenters: The Planet or Savvis.

We place servers in which facility we have the ability to place them into at the time of order. Our ThePlanet cages are pretty full at this time as space becomes available servers are placed there. Savvis runs a network that is the same in comparison to ThePlanet if not better built.
